E-Garderobe basic information

How does E-Garderobe work?

There are 2 ways to rent:


  • Regular rental
  • E-Garderobe membership

Regular rental


1. Find the merchandise that you would like to rent.


Filter by:
  • designer
  • occasion
  • color
  • size
  • price

2. Reserve your favorite item.


Pick delivery and return date and rent it for 4 or 7 days. Please remember to place your order before 1 pm to receive your package next business day.

3. Receive it


Your package will be delivered via DPD or other courier service selected by the customer. Please remember that your delivery time starts the day that you choose as your delivery and it ends on the 4th or 7th day

4. Washing and ironing


After you will be done with enjoying your rental items, you do not have to be worried about washing or ironing. We take care of it.

5. Return it.


Returns are free. You only need to place an item in the provided box that includes pre-paid return label. For package pick up you can order a courier to your home or drop a box to any of DPD locations. The package picks up or drop has to be done by 1 pm on your rental return date.

E-Garderobe Membership


E-Garderobe offers 3 different monthly subscription membership models:
  • E-G Basic - 200 zloty per month. This subscription provides you with 1 free rental per month on selected item. The free rental merchandise can’t exceed the value of 250 zloty. In E-G Basic offer users are getting additional 10% discount on future rentals, free insurance and shipping.
  • E-G Premium - 350 zloty per month. This subscription is based on renting one dress and getting another one for free. Every month for the price of one you get 2 dresses. On top of that E-G Premium members get 15% discount on future orders, free insurance and shipping.
  • E-G Lux - 400 zloty per month. This subscription is giving you an exclusive access to E-G lux collection where you can find designers such as Herve Ledger, Anna Sui, Aidan Mattox and many more. With this subscription model, E-G Lux members will get 1 free rental per month, 20% discount of future orders, free shipping and insurance.

What if I accidentally stain or damage the item?

E-Garderobe understands that sometimes you can have an accident when we loose the button, break the zipper or spill something on the rented item. That is why we add 5 zloty insurance fee that covers minor stains and damages. However, significant damages and theft are not covered under the insurance. If the rented item is damaged beyond the repair, the customer will have to pay the retail price of the rented item. If the item is never returned customer will have to pay the fee of retail price + penalty charges.

Does E-Garderobe ship internationally?

At this time we only ship orders within Republic of Poland.

Will the merchandise need to be iron upon arrival?

E-Gardrobe team does everything that it takes to make sure that your merchandise arrives wrinkle-free. Each of the garments is dry cleaned, steamed and ironed before being placed in the garment bag and shipping box. If you will receive merchandise with slight wrinkles, please try to steam the garment on low heat or contact E-Garderobe stylist for additional instructions.

Can I try on a dress before placing my order?

Unfortunately at the moment we don’t have a showroom where clients will be able to try on our merchandise. We are doing our best to select merchandise that will fit to your body type. If you are not sure about your size or style that will fit to your body, please don’t hesitate to contact our stylist at stylist@e-garderobe.com or set up an appointment directly at stylist appointment tab. We also recommend you to check our style & fit tab where you can find additional information how to properly measure yourself.

E-Garderobe rental policy

What if the merchandise I ordered doesn’t fit?

We understand that it can be stressful not knowing if rented merchandise will fit your body type. That is why E-Garderobe created the most efficient system that matches your measurements with garments that are available in your online closet. E- Garderobe will make sure that you will absolutely love your look and wear things that will flatter your body. We recommend our clients to visit Style & Fit tab to see how properly measure yourself and read more information about what looks good on your body type.

E-Garderobe stylist can also help you to find another dress. Set up an appointment with E-Garderobe stylist or e-mail our stylist at stylist@e-garderobe.com and we can send you another item for within 24 hours. If the exchange merchandise you have selected is more expensive, you will be charged the difference in price. If the exchange merchandise is less expensive E-Garderobe will give you a store credit.

If you are not willing to exchange rented merchandise, please return merchandise to us within 24 hours to receive your refund. All the returns that will pass 24 hours return period will be classify only to the store credit. Remember that the return package has to be shipped before 1 pm. Please don’t remove the security tags, otherwise we won’t be able to accept your return or exchange.

How much does shipping cost? When do I receive my package?

E-Garderobe provides free ground shipping if your order exceeds 350 zlotych. If the order is less than 350 zlotych, client will be charged shipping cost. You will receive your package within 2 business days.

Can I keep or purchase an item that I am currently renting?

At this time, E-Garderobe only offers merchandise rental. If you love your rented piece, our stylist can direct you to the designer or brand’s website where you can find the merchandise for purchase.

Do you have a wait list for top rented items?

If the item that you like is not currently available for rental, please add your e-mail address to our waiting list and we will send you notification as soon as the merchandise will be available. In the meantime, you can also e-mail our stylist stylist@e-garderobe.com to see what similar styles she can pick for you.

What happened if I don’t return merchandise on time?

E-Garderobe user has to return merchandise on the last day of rental. You can order a courier to come to a designated address or drop the package at nearest DPD pick up point. Please remember that all the returns must be place before 1 pm. If you don’t return the package on time, E-Garderobe will charge you penalty fee of 50 zloty per day.

What happened if the return date is during the weekend or holiday?

If your return date is during the weekend or holiday, please return your package next business day.

Plan your rental

What time can I expect my package delivery?

Our courier deliveries are made between 9 am and 7 pm during the weekdays, Saturday deliveries until 1 pm. We provide tracking information to our clients to see when the package is going to be delivered.

When should I make a reservation for item I would like to rent?

You can make your reservation up to 3 months in advance and schedule exact day for your order delivery. Please remember to place your order before 1 pm to receive your package next business day.

Can you deliver to another address or hotel?

E-Garderobe can ship your package anywhere in Poland. If you want to receive your package in the hotel, please put the hotel name, your room number and make sure that concierge is aware of your package delivery.

Is a signature required for delivery?

Courier delivery requires signature. If you are not available at your shipping address, your order can be left with signature pick up confirmation with your neighbor, doorman or front desk. If these options are not available, our courier will deliver your order on the next business day.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Unfortunately E-Garderobe does not ship to P.O boxes. We need a valid residence, company or hotel for successful deliveries of our packages.

Your order

When my credit/debit card will get charge for my order?

Your credit/ debit card will get charged as soon as you will be finished with placing your order.

How can I make changes to my order?

In your “orders” section you can see which adjustments can be made. If your order has been processed already, you can’t make any changes. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it has been processed. After you cancel your order you will receive a refund or store credit within 2-5 business days.

Your cancellation made over 14 days before your delivery will result in form of your original payment. Your cancellations made fewer than 14 days will result in store credit that you can use for your E-Garderobe rentals.

Any cancelations made 7 or fewer days before your delivery date will result in a store credit with 50 zloty cancellation fee deducted from your original store credit.
